ALNMA's Policies & Guidelines For Business Memberships

Policies & Guidelines
Overview:
a. ALNMA, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company, Adult Lifestyles Association, Adult Lifestyles International Association, Lifestyles Association, ALNMAI (Adult Lifestyles National Member Association International), Adult Lifestyles Trade Industry Association, Lifestyles Industry Trade Association, Adult Lifestyles Trade Association, Lifestyles Trade Industry Association, Lifestyles Trade Association are Registered Trade Marks of ALNMA, including but not limited to ALNMA’s Network of Sites, also here in referred to as “ALNMA’s Network” "Association Network" or “ALNMA”, and all rights, conditions of use, terms of use, policies and guidelines shall remain whole and without separation. Trade Marks and Copyrights are under the sole ownership and control of ALNMA, LLC.
b. Modification or revision of this document shall immediately take effect upon revised Effective Date, therefore, you should visit this page periodically to review any changes. By your continued use within the Association Network, you are fully aware there may be future modifications, and it’s your sole responsibility to adhere to these modifications. The Association may elect to inform Business Members of said modifications or changes that may or may not effect current Membership status. Business Members will receive proper notification should such changes prior to proposed Effective Date.
c. The ALNMA Member Seal stands for quality, integrity, professionalism and excellence in service and outstanding representation of the Lifestyles and the Lifestyles Industry.
d. The forgoing Policies & Guidelines do not amend the Association's Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policies. By submission of application for becoming a Business Member, Affiliate or Sponsor you have read and agree to ALNMA's Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policies, and the Policies & Guidelines for Business Membership.
e. The Adult Lifestyles National Members Association, under these expresses Policies and Guidelines, herein refers to "Members" and "Memberships" as a "Business Member (s) or Member Sponsor (s)". By definition, one who engages in the lawful practice of a business, thus providing a service or product for the consumer.
f. ALNMA shall grant Memberships subject to the forgoing Policies and Guidelines herein, but shall not be without limitations. It is by the sole discretion of ALNMA to make determination of the granting of Memberships.
g. It shall be understood between parties herein, ALNMA and Business Member, the agreement between said parties is a reciprocal agreement. Where as, both parties of this agreement will provide reciprocal support according to the Policies and Guidelines set forth herein.
h. ALNMA assumes no responsibility for Members business practices, nor shall any business Member hold ALNMA, LLC liable in any manner whatsoever resulting from claims against said Member Sponsor.
i. ALNMA does not grant or express Member Sponsor endorsements. The use of ALNMA's Member Seal is recognition of a Member Sponsor in "good" standing, thus having received Membership approval based upon the Policies & Guidelines set forth herein.
Member Sponsor Conditions:
1. Approved Business Member shall maintain business practices according to the Policies & Guidelines set forth herein for term of Membership.
a. The Association reserves the right to inquire, review and/or inspect Member’s business.
b. Should a Business Member becomes inactive, terminate and/or cancel membership, either by voluntary or involuntary reasons, the use of ALNMA's Member Seal shall be removed from said business within 72 hours of cancellation of membership account.
c. Should a Business Member cancel membership and/or services provided by ALNMA, LLC prior to expiration of membership or services, the annual Member Subscription fee is not prorated or refundable, services (marketing/advertising) will be prorated and refunded on member accounts exceeding 30 days.
d. ALNMA reserves the right to terminate any Membership should a Business Member fail to adhere to the Terms, Conditions, Privacy Policy and/or Polices & Guidelines set forth for ALNMA Business Members. Such actions as fraud, theft, crimes of violence, threat to individual or public safety, including against the Association, shall immediately cause termination of membership, and such will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. Membership Subscriptions.
a. Membership Subscription shall be paid at time of application. If for any reason there is a denial of application, full amount subscription will refunded within 48 hours. Following the Policies & Guidelines ensures acceptance of application.
b. Upon Membership acceptance, notification of acceptance is sent to the designated Contact, a link is provided for ALNMA's Member Seal, display of the Seal should be done promptly, within 72 hours. The Seal should be displayed on the main page of Website, side or footer. If a Member is a land-based business, the Seal should be displayed in a visible public area of business.
c. Membership Subscriptions are payable annually. A 30-day notice prior to Member expiration is sent by email, followed by a 15-10-5 day notice. There is a 10 day grace period following expiration of Membership. However, listing services will be deactivated pending Member renewal.
3. Ratings, reviews and comments.
a. ALNMA provides the ability for the Adult Lifestyles Community, the public(user) to review, rate and express comments regarding their experience with ALNMA's Business Members. Such ratings, reviews and comments are available for Business Members review. The Association moderates all user published content, if the Association deem any rating, review or comment to be defamatory and/or derogatory or unwarranted claims towards a Business Member, such will be removed from public view.
b. ALNMA places no restrictions upon Business Members responding to user comments in their designated directory listings. Providing such feedback is beneficial to help maintain the best possible ratings.
4. Types of Business Memberships.
a. Business Memberships are not limited to Lifestyles interests only.
b. Associations, non-profit organizations, professional services, trades, services, consumer goods, etc., may apply for Membership.
c. Affiliate Memberships
d. Sponsor Memberships
5. What WILL NOT be approved.
a. Businesses engaged in the use or form of pornography.
b. Businesses engaged in Prostitution.
c. False and misleading advertisings.
d. Most Dating Websites, affiliate Dating Websites (subject to review)
e. Websites displaying visual graphic images on "intro" or "main" page, publicly viewable.
f. Adult Content Websites that have no viable Lifestyles interest.
g. Adult Web cams sites
h. Banners displaying graphic visual images, showing of genitalia.
i. Websites that procure users through expectations of promised connections or encounters "in your area".
j. Websites without Age Restrictions, Adult Content Warnings, Compliance to 18 U.S.C. Section 2257(a)(c) and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, etc., where lawfully required.
k. Websites using Pop Up ads with graphic adult content.
6. Business Reviews.
a. Upon submission of the Member Registration form, the Association will perform a review process, obtained from the information provided on the Business Registration form. Each review is performed on a individual basis.
b. The Association may request additional information of a business applicant. Failure to respond to such request will constitute denial of application. Business applicants are allowed 24 hours to respond to the Association's request.
c. The Association reserves the right to deny business membership based solely upon nature of business or scope of business. Such business does not provide the public with service or goods deemed to be ethical or professional.
d. The Association will contact a business applicant if said business does not provide users with, terms of use, privacy statement, user/member cancellation information or support information. Any of these mentioned disclosures to the public and/or users should be in place on all Websites. These are correctable, the Association can provide the resources to implement any of the before mentioned.
e. Businesses residing outside of the United States and Canada will be subject to additional review time.
With reference to the above Guidelines (4-5-6), such is a reference for prospective Business Members follow. ALNMA's approval determinations are based upon industry standards established for the Lifestyles Industry. The core principals of these Standards are listed below.
A. Provide a service or product of worthy value to the consumer.
B. Take the "customer always comes first" approach.
C. Always maintain the highest level of ethics, professional and customer service.
